今天聊聊英剧《是，大臣第3季》。
片名Yes Minister Season 3 (1982)，别名遵命，部长 / 部长大人(台)。
《是，大臣》第三季中詹姆斯·乔治·哈克大臣（James George Hacker）继续和汉弗莱·阿普尔比爵士（Sir Humphrey Appleby）斗智斗勇，顺带着可爱的伯纳（Bernard）在旁边冷冷吐槽。
哈克大臣代表的是职业政客，阿普尔比和伯纳代表的是职业公务员，两方根本利益不同，但也因为身处同一个部门而在宏观上处于利益共同体。双方除了较劲外，更多还是以把自己的蛋糕做大为根本。
在编导的带领下

两年看了七遍的程度。
大二的时候在学校每天下午下了课回宿舍，泡面/面包/零食/水果然后打开播放器。
交换的时候教印度政治的老师上课说她也喜欢Yes, prime minister我差点冲上讲台跟她握手的程度。她说那个内阁秘书长叫啥，Sir啥，我大喊Sir Hamphrey!
后来有翻拍过新版，但老版实在太深入人心了，太经典了

The writers had advisors who had worked within the government and many of the stories were based on real situations. For example, in Yes Minister: The Moral Dimension (1982) they go to an arab state where alcohol is not allowed and so they set up a "communications room" in the embassy where they keep a stash of booze so they could slip out and have a drink.
