A group of prisoners from a mental hospital fled a stalled bus and occupied a nearby farmhouse. When they form a collective of strange exercises and farces, the film spirals into an unrestrained and disorderly comedy, told with unusual passion and intensity, and characterized by the disharmonious (if crazy) soundtrack of free jazz innovator Ernest Coleman and his trio.
